Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of being placed.

Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• UK Standard: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as holidays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at bzzd987@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner.

International Orders Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
