We want you to love your order. As all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, please read our policy carefully.
Eligibility for Refunds We accept refund or replacement requests for items that are:
- Defective or damaged on arrival
- Incorrectly printed (wrong design, colour, or placement)
- The wrong size due to a fulfilment error on our part
How to Request a Refund Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at bzzd987@gmail.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A description of the problem
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse or incorrect size ordered
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Orders where the address provided was incorrect
Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as production begins shortly after. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
